By booking services with our company, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payments: Stripe, Zelle, and Cash. Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee. Rescheduling requires 7–10 days’ notice to secure availability.

3. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe, uninterrupted access to the property. A lockout fee may apply if we are unable to enter.

4. Damage & Liability

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours. Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable items, fragile décor, antiques, or items not secured by the client.

5. Safety Conditions

We do not clean areas containing mold, biohazards, human or animal waste, hazardous chemicals, or severe infestations. Service may be refused if conditions are unsafe.

6. Working Conditions

To protect staff and property: pets must be secured, no other contractors may work in the same area, and we do not move heavy furniture or appliances.

7. No Direct Hiring of Staff

Clients agree not to hire, solicit, or contract our staff outside of the LLC for 12 months after their last service.

8. Commercial Client Terms

Commercial clients are required to sign a service agreement outlining scope, scheduling, pricing, and building access procedures. Alarm codes, keys, and security protocols must be supplied in advance. Additional charges may apply for unexpected conditions, overtime requests, or work outside the contracted scope.

9. LLC Limitation of Liability

As an LLC, company liability is limited to the scope of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for loss of income, business interruption, lost items, or damage resulting from improper installation, existing wear, or structural issues.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work, and issues are rare. If anything is missed, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to correct it at no charge.
